These terms are the agreement between you and TableJump LLC, a New York limited liability company. Creating an account, signing in, or using the website or the iOS app means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
TableJump watches restaurant availability and, when it detects an opening that matches a watch, sends a notification with a book link. You complete any booking yourself in the official Resy, SevenRooms, or DoorDash app. TableJump does not book, hold, or cancel reservations for you.
TableJump is not a restaurant and it is not Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, or DoorDash.
Reservation platforms have their own terms and rules. TableJump LLC does not ensure that using TableJump complies with any platform’s terms of service, and takes no responsibility for your use of the TableJump service or for any action a platform takes on your account. You can lose access, existing reservations, or the ability to book on those services. You accept that risk. TableJump LLC does not control those companies.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for your password and everything done through your TableJump account.
The TableJump subscription is one subscription for the website and the iOS app, sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple at $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. Cancel Subscription on Account ends access at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for early cancellation. An App Store renewal is also cancelled in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Promo codes may grant time-limited subscription access without an App Store charge. TableJump LLC does not store your card number.
A booking is between you and the restaurant, through the reservation service. Deposits, prepaid menus, and cancellation or no-show fees are yours to pay. TableJump can miss a table. Inventory can disappear before you finish booking. Check the reservation service and cancel anything you do not want.
TableJump is provided as is and as available. There is no warranty that a table will be found, that a notice will arrive on time, or that the service will be error-free or always online. TableJump LLC may change, pause, or stop TableJump, and may approve, reject, suspend, or delete an account, at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, TableJump LLC is not liable for a lost or unwanted reservation, a cancellation or no-show fee, a banned reservation account, a missed meal, or other indirect or consequential damages. If a claim is still allowed, TableJump LLC’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid TableJump LLC for TableJump during the three months before the claim.
You may stop using TableJump at any time and delete your account in the app, or email admin@tablejump.com. The sections on third-party terms and risk, charges, warranty, and liability still apply after access ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest still apply.
